Raymond Blanc to launch gardening school at Le Manoir
Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons is to open what is believed to be the first hotel gardening school of its kind in the UK.
Launching in July 2017, the Raymond Blanc Gardening School will run within the grounds of the chef's two Michelin starred restaurant and hotel in Oxfordshire.
It has been inspired by the popularity of the property’s two acre kitchen garden, which produces over 90 varieties of vegetables and 70 herbs.
The courses will range from half a day to up to three days and run throughout July until October. A one day course will cost from £185 per person and includes tuition, morning tea on arrival and a working lunch.
