Not just pre-trip - hotel uses drone to showcase resort once guests are in (allegers)

It’s the kind of drone initiative that wouldn’t work so well for a city hotel, or one without much going on around it – but not every hotel is in Mauritius.

Accor's Sofitel brand in the country has decided to use drones in a different way to show off its hotel, rather than as a marketing tool to lure people in… by letting guests take a flight around the hotel and view the property with 360-degree camera.

The trip is also recorded in HD, uses a Parrot Bebop FPV2 drone and is being run in conjunction with Dronestagram.
